A copy of the approval letter from the NUC (National Universities Commission) should be sent - first as soft copy, attached to an email or support ticket, and then later on in hard copy.
If the application is coming from a school or college within a university, in addition to the above-mentioned letter, there should be another letter from the head of the university or other qualified personnel, identifying this school or college as a relevant unit within the university.
These documents will be kept in our custody for record purposes and may be submitted to relevant authorities (such as NIRA) who may have legitimate reasons to request it.
