Some clients connecting from ISPs in Nigeria may experience browser timing-out errors in trying to make payments on the Interswitch network.
We have confirmed with Interswitch and also based on our tests here this is usually connected with the ISP from which you are browsing the Internet.
Apparently, some ISPs have problem connecting with the Interswitch network. Interswitch confirms that they have proof of this with ISPs such as Swift Networks and Starcomms.
We tried other ISPs and were able to connect to pay payment without problems.
Please if you are able, kindly try to connect using a different ISP than the one you first tried with and let us know your experience.
